On-Site Reviews
The peace of mind process begins with having on-site reviews of the entire property. The assigned site manager will be on site several times a month to inspect & survey conditions. This helps ensure the Board’s peace of mind knowing that this supervision is occurring on regular basis.
Capital Improvement Projects
We want our clients to make the best possible decisions regarding large improvement projects. In addition to utilizing reputable contractors, we can facilitate in finding the funding for these projects. Once the Board decides the course of action, we become the project liaison thereby reliving board members of this burden.
